History of Hydrog

HYDROG ZBM is a Polish manufacturer of machinery based in Łódź. They have existed since 1989 and are currently the largest manufacturer of specialist road, as well as municipal, airport and railway machinery in Poland and one of the largest in Europe.

HYDROG brand's priority is the highest quality at an affordable price. As a result, HYDROG machines have for years been the most recognized and most frequently chosen by road investment contractors, and their logo can be seen on most road construction sites.

Their products are delivered to the largest construction companies from Poland and Europe, including Germany, Austria, France, Sweden, Spain, Portugal - as well as thousands of smaller companies from all over the world. On all markets where they supply their products they provide professional and substantive technical advice as well as effective service support, either directly from the factory or through an organized and constantly expanding dealer network.

The HYDROG factory currently consists of six production and warehouse halls and office buildings with a total area of over 10 thousand m2. The production infrastructure consists of CNC machining centres, CNC presses, CNC laser and plasma cutting machines, automatic and manual shot-blasting machines, painting booths, automatic powder paint shop, modern crane equipment, as well as measurement and laboratory equipment.

HYDROG designers create modern designs using the latest 3D CAD software. The company has also implemented a modern ERP management support system and a quality management system. The organization of the factory allows for serial, repeatable production of individual machines, and all this to ensure faster delivery.
